My Nephew's Bedroom

My sister just bought a house and needs to decorate it. While I was visiting for the weekend, she was looking for some art to put up in my nephew's bedroom and so a camera-happy aunt and an hour later this is what we came up with

Marbles

"Sorry" Gamepieces

Mix 'Em Markers

Some photography...

OK so not really photography, but more like fun with Photoshop.

My friend Jenefer Sian is the next big thing in music, and to assist her in her musical career, I volunteered to Photoshop some photos that she took in preparation for her new career. I had dinner with her and our friend Christie tonight and she mentioned that I should show Christie the photos, which, in turn, inspired this post.

Don't get me wrong, not much work went into these pictures as Jen is a gorgeous girl with a very unique look that is intriguing and captivating. Most of it is just lighting and a little airbrush here and there. But here they are. Remember this face because it's the next one you'll be seeing on MTV.

And my profile picture here is photoshopped too. I just don't have the pre-retouched photo on hand to show you a comparison. I'll post it as soon as Jen returns my CD. :)

Hawaii Photography

So Dave and I recently went to Oahu for my friends' Phil and Andrea's beautiful wedding. Their wedding was on the gorgeous grounds of LouLu Estates on the north shore. I took these pictures with my Canon SD600 point-and-shoot camera, and they turned out beautiful. I recently re-installed Adobe Photoshop onto my camera and have been getting into it again since a recent shoot. Here are some of my favorite before and after photos from the trip.

Just messing around with some of the colors and making them more vibrant. I've recently taken into editing some photos for a friend of mine and it makes me want to take up photography even more. Hopefully soon after we get the condo remodeled and we are all settled. Here are some other shots that I took with the same camera, but the colors were so beautiful already, I didn't have to retouch them at all. Enjoy!
